Charge it
Seat the magnetic charger so it snaps on and the pins line up. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours. Give it at least 30 minutes before you turn it on.

Get the app
Download the free app for your phone with the buttons above. It works with iPhone (iOS 9.0 and up) and Android.

Turn it on
Hold the side power button until the screen lights up.

Pair it in the app
Open the app, keep the watch within a foot of your phone, and add your watch. Allow Bluetooth, Location and Notifications when the app asks. Pair through the app, not your phone's Bluetooth settings.

Set it up your way
Turn on call and text alerts, pick a watch face, and set your units. Done. Charge it about twice a month.
Troubleshooting
If something's off
Put it on the charger for 10 minutes and check that the magnets snapped on and the pins line up. Wipe the contacts on the watch and the charger with a dry cloth; job-site dust is a common cause. Still nothing? Hold the power button for 15 to 20 seconds while it is on the charger, then wait 10 seconds. Try a different cable or wall outlet, and charge at least 30 minutes before trying again.
Keep the watch within a foot of your phone, make sure Bluetooth, Location and Notifications are allowed for the app, and pair from inside the app. If the watch shows up in your phone's own Bluetooth list, forget it there first, then pair again in the app.
Open the app and turn on call and message alerts, then check that your phone lets the app send notifications. On iPhone, also allow the app under Settings → Notifications.
